- 100% buckwheat noodles
- 8 perilla leaves (thinly sliced)
- 1 pack dried seaweed flakes
- 1 egg yolk
Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp perilla oil (or sesame oil)
- 1 tbsp allulose (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp plum extract (or 1/2 tbsp lemon juice + 1/2 tbsp allulose)
🍽️ How to Make It
1️⃣ Cook the buckwheat noodles
Boil according to package instructions (mine took 3 minutes). Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
